I found Lisa on LinkedIn. She used to come in and keep me focused and straight and I had someone I needed to answer to. It was always Lisa teaching me a lot about… how to deal with people… understanding personalities.
When you hire a lot of people, you have to understand people have type A, type B, type C personalities. And, I just knew she was the one to help me work through them. She was the most honest person in the world, and she never had a problem telling you if there was something you were doing wrong… and she always complimented you when you were doing things right.
She really wanted to see this business succeed.
